How does it work?
As a music teacher, the happiness of my students has always been on my heart at HappyToons LLC.
When things got challenging during the pandemic I encountered a program that approaches happiness from different angles of life. It comes from the field of positive psychology and from research that found that 90% of our happiness can be influenced by habits and that only 10% is our circumstances.
Imagine that you can practice happiness habits just as you can practice your instrument and master it!
I was able to make myself happier and I can show my students how. ​
The material and resources are based on my own life experiences, research from Harvard University, the HeartMath Institute, The Envergy Codes by Dr. Sue Morter and the book "Happy for No Reason" by Marci Shimoff.
