We meet online on Zoom - 30 minutes once a week for 12 weeks.
I teach you the concept of the inner home for happiness and life coping skills. We look at the different areas and what we can do.
For example. Are you stressed and need some tools to calm yourself down? There is the inner ease technique that takes you from your head to your heart. Are there too many negative voices around you and you want a tool to stay positive? You can play the appreciation game. Or would you like to learn and practice communication skills that help with challenging relationships?
You choose what to practice and make note of your daily wins and challenges in your journal. When we meet you can share how it went and choose a new topic. It’s all tailored to your individual preferences.
I’m doing this along with you and other students are doing this too. Once a month we get together in a group and share how it’s going. Supporting each other makes us even happier.
After you have completed this course, you will have tuned yourself to brighter days and have more tools to cope with challenges in your life.
